2023 brings a new year and changes for the HVAC industry. All equipment sold and installed is now required to meet the new M1 SEER2 rating. What does this mean? It means that the equipment that is installed will be more efficient than the previous year. The minimum efficiency rating was 14 SEER. Now the minimum is a little over 15 SEER.
